  • You can use this form to request a refund of a credit on your account. All you need to do is fill in your details below.

    We can only refund credit if your bill is based on an accurate reading. 

    If it’s an estimate please read your meter and let us know what the reading is on this form. We'll update your account and if the credit can be refunded, we'll do this for you.

    If you're a Direct Debit customer we'll put your refund into your bank account within 10 working days. If you're not a Direct Debit customer we'll send your refund by cheque within 10-14 working days.
